We set the stage for a successful implementation by providing an experienced Precision Implementation Consultant who will work by your side through each stage from capturing your specific requirements to ensuring successful deployment. While our process is comprehensive, we move through it quickly realizing your desire to reap the benefits of going electronic.

Discovery

In the discovery phase, your Precision Implementation Consultant will meet with your IT staff and business stakeholders to define goals, collect and validate solution requirements, and establish expectations and accountabilities. Once we understand your particular situation including server logistics, patient point of service matrices, and existing forms environment, we walk through the appropriate departments to expand our knowledge of your operation and uncover any additional environmental, technological and procedural issues to be included in our Project Plan.

Planning

Following our assessment, we meet with your facility representatives to discuss findings and make recommendations. Using proven project technology, we establish and review task driven deployment timelines with your staff. These meetings include clear communications of Precision's policies and procedures.

Forms Development

We begin by registering your current forms into our workflow system and measuring each downstream event. Based upon your specific criteria, we develop standardized forms defining layouts, fonts, and tracking dates. Our proofing process is intense and requires digital facility approval on all forms prior to deployment.

 

 

 

 

Testing

Precision's national healthcare development lab establishes a prototype of your system and conducts the first phase of testing. Once we have determined that all configurations meet with your facility's specific requirements, we are ready to create an on-site testing environment.

Rollout

Rollout occurs only after all stakeholders have reviewed test results and finalized communication, training and implementation schedules. End users and IT staff receive comprehensive training in Precision's easy to use live and downtime procedures. Our experts remain on-site to facilitate your conversion.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Electronic conversions often fail once the hardware supplier finalizes the deal. Precision is at your side beyond deployment offering strategies and service for long term success. We begin immediately with a post installation meeting to determine system fitness. We provide up to 12 annual forms updates per year at no additional charge. And, service is ongoing as our help desk is available 24/7 with call backs guaranteed within one hour.
