Founded in 1996, Precision Document Solutions was ahead of the curve with its unique approach to Managed Print Services. Our #1 core competency was then, and is now, optimizing printer fleet performance.

Precision provides a true consultative model, offering unbiased solutions with no capital investment required. We have no incentive to push printer or toner sales. Instead, we focus on optimizing your current assets and therefore discourage any new hardware purchases prior to a thorough assessment of your existing fleet.

Central to Precision's unique business model is that we immediately assume the risk of managing your fleet, taking ownership of all operational costs. We are paid based solely on the number of pages you print so our goal is aligned with yours: peak productivity. We do not believe consistent high quality service can be delivered utilizing third party service providers. In 2002, Precision introduced Healthcare eSolutions to assist hospitals with the emerging demand for forms and processes that meet the compliance and safety requirements of regulatory agencies. Assuming responsibility for implementing and maintaining electronic forms, we provide HIS-compatible hardware and software, downtime coverage, and 24/7 help desk support. Once again, there is no upfront investment required. Our clients' cost savings are impressive, ranging from 30-70% based upon their size and current state of compliance.
