Bullet One Discovery

You can’t manage what you don’t know. 

With that in mind, we learn and share everything we can about your current fleet before entering into a contractual agreement.  Other firms may charge $30,000 - $40,000 for this assessment alone. Precision charges nothing.

An inventory of your printers is the first step. We create a comprehensive profile of your current fleet from the number and age of your printers to speed and capacity.  But we don’t stop there. We capture true operational data by tagging printers and monitoring usage over a sample period.

The data we collect provides an accurate picture of your current costs and an analysis of your projected savings under our managed print program.

Bullet Two Planning

Precision’s team of implementation experts work closely with your IT staff and supply chain departments to create a clear path for deployment.

Communicating our operational policies & procedures to your stakeholders provides a comprehensive understanding of our deliverables including inventory management and service level agreements.

Precision uses proven project methodology to establish and review task driven deployment schedules with your team. Agreements reached at this phase determine locations for toner storage, replenishment schedules and core disposal. We provide templates for advance communications to promote program acceptance and minimize end user confusion.
Bullet Three Rollout

Our expertise eliminates the organizational stress of change and ensures a rapid and pain-free transition.

We’re ready to roll having registered your devices with id, label, record location, cost center and page count for each printer. Just before rollout, we buy your current inventory of toner and credit it against your first invoice. Then our quality tested toner is stocked at agreed upon levels and locations. And we schedule frequent inventory checks in the first 60 days to make sure that supplies are adequate.

Bullet Four Ongoing Consultation

Unlike companies whose goal is hardware replacement, Precision remains at your side beyond deployment providing continuous measurement and strategies for improvement.

After 90 days, we’re ready to put your data to work using optimization algorithms for reducing cost and extending your fleet’s life cycle. We identify underutilized and unbalanced assets and recommend adjustments.

If our discovery uncovers a need to update equipment, you can be sure that our printer agnostic perspective will guide you to the best solution based upon usage needs.

Total risk assumption aligns our goals with yours so we make it a point to stay current with your needs. You can expect a quarterly review with fact-based recommendations for your continued cost reduction.
